SMT splicing table operation process
Check before powering on the smt splicing table
1,Check whether the supply power line is broken or not.
2,Check if the equipment has good grounding.
3,Check whether the control button is reset.
4,Check whether the width of the guide rail is suitable.
5,Check whether the belt is loose.
6,No abnormality above can start the machine to prepare for operation.
SMT splicing table operation flow
1,Description of control panel
FINISH button is not self-locking, each press indicates the completion of inspection.
The PCB board passes and continues to run.
PASS/CHECK button is not pressed to indicate
PASS PCB board does not need to be checked, it will pass automatically; press
CHECK means the PCB board needs to be checked manually and needs to be used with FINISH.
POWER is the power switch, press to energize.
LIGHT is the lighting switch.
SMT splicing table operation steps
Adjust the speed of belt operation according to the speed of front and back splicing.
1,SMT splicing table automatic control mode
a Press the POWER button.
b Press the LIGHT button.
c Press the PASS/CHECK button.
2,SMT splicing table manual control mode
a. Press POWER button; b. Press LIGHT button; c. Press PASS/CHECK button.
b. Press the LIGHT button.
c. When the inspection is finished, press the FINISH button.
3,Press POWER button to turn off the machine
SMT splicing table operation precautions
1,Ensure that the transportation part, belt, pulley and transportation guide are free of foreign matter to ensure smooth and smooth transportation.
2,Regularly refuel the transmission part and the rack or adjust the width of the screw, refueling must be performed in the shutdown state.
3,In case of power failure, turn off the main switch of the equipment immediately.
