How to plan the LED SMT placement machine workshop?

Take an LED solder paste printing machine + 1.2m LED smt machine chip placement machine + LED reflow soldering oven as an example

First, the preparation of the workshop:

1. According to the size of the equipment and the planning of the production line, calculate the area required for the workshop;

2. Treat the ceiling accordingly to reduce the consumption of air conditioning;

3. Add a layer of transparent diaphragm glue before entering the LED placement machine workshop, or make a dressing room.

Second, the preparation of electricity

1. Since the power of the LED placement machine series is 2KW and the power of LED reflow soldering is 20KW, a 10KVA and a voltage regulator above 40KVA are required;

2. LED placement machine is a single-phase power supply, with ordinary plug-in board

3. JUKI smt machine LED chip mounter power supply is 3-phase live wire + 1 ground wire, and its wire diameter is 6mm2;

4. The power supply of LED reflow soldering is 3-phase live wire + 1 ground wire, and its wire diameter is 16mm2;

Third, the preparation of air pressure

1. The working air pressure of the LED placement machine is 0.5Kg/mm2, so the high air pressure of the air compressor should reach 8Kg/mm2, the air flow rate is 1.5mm3/min, the power is 15 horses, the capacity of the air storage tank is 2mm3, and it is equipped with a 2.5m3 dryer and two U-shaped filters;

2. The outer diameter of the air main road must be 38mm, the inner diameter of the soft air pipe connected to the equipment is 12mm, and it can withstand the pressure of 8Kg/mm2;

Fourth, install air conditioning, and install thermometers and hygrometers in appropriate positions to control the workshop temperature between 18-25oC and humidity between 50-70%.
