Process 1: LED patch pick and place

1. Purpose:
Attach high power LED to aluminum substrate

2. Production process:
1. Test the positive and negative poles of LED lamp beads (350MA 3.0~3.2V) with constant current source, and sample and test the quality of LED lamp beads.
2, with SMD placement machine (outer processing, no placement machine with manual stickers, pay attention to anti-static) LED stickers on the aluminum substrate, into the reflow soldering machine (heating plate) welding, the temperature in the highest temperature zone should not exceed 260 °C, time does not exceed
5 seconds.
3. Reflow (heating plate) After the completion of the completed lamp strip, the power-on test is performed to observe the LED's light-emitting state. The LED should have the same brightness and color, and the LED has no flicker, and there is no abnormal phenomenon such as virtual soldering. Otherwise, the fault is marked for repair.

3. Note:
LEDs of the same binning must be used to avoid inconsistencies in light intensity and wavelength.
The placement equipment, countertops, operators and product storage must be carried out under good anti-static conditions throughout the process.
Step 2: Aluminum housing kit, drive power supply selection
1. Purpose:
Preparing for assembly
2. Production process:
Observe the appearance of the aluminum shell kit, there should be no deformation, no scratches or damage on the surface, and whether the cover and radiator match.
Test whether the bulb lamp is good or bad, how efficient it is, and whether the line length is about 10CM.
Process 3: Assembly:
1. Purpose: overall assembly of bulbs

2. Production process:
1. According to the size of the power supply, cut the heat shrinkable sleeve, put the power supply into the heat shrinkable sleeve, and blow it with a hot air gun to tighten it to prevent the power supply from hitting the aluminum heat sink and short circuit.
2. Pass the input line of the power supply through the plastic E27 lamp holder and solder it to the E27 lamp holder. Press it with the E27 clamp.
3. Pass the output line of the power supply through the bulb lamp housing (Lu heat sink) and solder it to the positive and negative poles on the Lu substrate (red is positive and black is negative).
4. Connect to the 220V AC test to test whether the lamps are on and the colors are consistent.
5. Apply thermal silica gel on the back of the aluminum substrate, fix the aluminum substrate on the outer casing, and then assemble the cover.
6, lighting up aging for 24 hours

Fourth, note:
1. All processes should be operated on a clean, anti-static water platform.
2. The operator must wear anti-static ring and anti-static gloves.
3. When applying thermal silica gel, do not stick the silica gel to the outer casing of the lamp body, otherwise it will be difficult to clean.
Process 4: Cleaning, packaging
1. Purpose: LED ball gun light is finally cleaned and packaged before leaving the factory.
2. Production process:
1. Clean the body of the lamp body with an anti-static cloth and a little alcohol.
2. Test the lamp again (lighting)
3. Put the product label on the front of the package box and put the wiped lamp into the box.
